PremiumProperty4U ("we", "us", "the seller") operates the website premiumproperty4u.com. By using this website you enter into an agreement with PremiumProperty4U. If you use the site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation; if you use it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.

By continuing to use the service — browsing listings, reading country guides, using calculators, or purchasing a report — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

PremiumProperty4U is a property information and research platform. Owners list properties free of charge; buyers browse and contact owners through our inquiry system; we publish source-linked country guides, calculators and paid written reports. No payment, commission or payout moves between buyers and property owners through this site — the only product we sell is a fixed-price digital report. We are not an estate agent, broker, lawyer, tax adviser or financial adviser, and we are not a party to any transaction between buyers and property owners.

You must not misuse the service. In particular you must not: use it for any unlawful purpose; commit fraud or send spam; infringe intellectual property rights; interfere with security (including introducing malware, probing or scanning our systems, or scraping the site at scale); or list properties you have no right to list.

We retain ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including the software, guides, report formats, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. You may not reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or circumvent technical limits of the service. Content you submit (listings, photos, messages) remains yours; you grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service.

Country guides are source-linked research and carry a visible review status; unless a guide states it has been professionally reviewed, it has not been. Calculators use stated assumptions and are not guarantees of return. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, financial or investment advice. Always confirm rules and figures with a qualified local professional before acting.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. The service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Paid products (such as the Legacy Briefing full report) are sold through our payment partner. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms (paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms) together with our Refund Policy.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When access ends, you may request an export of your listing data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages (including loss of profits, data or goodwill). Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

You indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
